I come from a long line of amazing women and men.

The Original B. DeWitt
The first woman to cross the Sahara in a car, B. DeWitt was an iconic powerhouse with a zest for the unusual. Stories of summer Sunday Dinners, complete with Yorkshire pudding, and her fishing jaunts to a nearby buoy (with a bottle of gin) and dreams of a bass dinner.
The Other Barbara
I was named after my Aunt Barbara, my dad's twin sister. One of the kindest and smartest people I know. When I was 8 she taught me to play the piano. When I was a pre-teen she sewed cool clothes for me. And she could cook anything! A big heart and a brilliant mind.
